I love this !!!! And everyone is very right. Our bodies are super cool in the fact that it quickly adjust. Its like modeling clay, you want it to be stretched out … well you gotta keep molding and stretching. So with workouts, its very similar , you gotta keep moving through the soreness. It will send your body that message that it needs to get to the next level. Now you can always do stretches, epsom salt baths, foam rolling, yoga etc.

Also can you believe Queen Warriors will be turning 5 years old !!!! Wow where has time gone. So grateful for alll of these amazing almost 5 years. Grateful for God birthing this amazing project through me, grateful for being able to work along side my husband , grateful for the whole Queen WArrior team that makes everything happen, our amazing coaches from the very first ones to the ones that are here and no longer here with us , our streamers, and most importantly YOU !!!!

This program is for YOU ! A program dedicated to reminding you that you are powerful and worth . A program reminding you daily to love yourself DEEP. A program dedicated to awakening the souls of so many queens and most importantly breaking generation curses .

Here is to Queen Warriors being a global brand, reaching woman all over the world , to QW being a sisterhood. I pray that God continues to be our driver, and continues to do what HIS plans are .
