Hey Queen, I’ve never used a vibration pad, but I believe you just stand on it and it shakes. But are you trying to use this as something to step on ? Just trying to better understand

Yes I have done a lymphatic drainage massage when I travel far. Never at all consistently, but I do my face consistently and I love it, the puffiness under my eyes has been going down !

Mid week check in…….

This journey is about mindset and action .

Don’t let anyone else tell you there’s more to it .

Because when your mind is locked in and your actions are aligned results follow. Period.

You don’t need perfect circumstances.

You don’t need every answer.

You just need to keep showing up with intention and grit.

So if this week hasn’t gone as planned…breathe, reset, and recommit.
