Hey girlie, im sorry to hear you were sick. I know the flu has been going around causing havoc . I would recommend for you to stay hydrated. Start with a workout that low intensity like a power , use less weight and see how you feel. If you start to feel fatigue than close it up and try again the following day .
But again stay away from coffee, process carbs, added sugars etc

Hey girlie , it truly does work. The key is being consistent. You can show up 3x times a week or more depending on your schedule. 1 hour max or on days that you can do the hour , 30 mins is better that zero.
Focus on having fun, challenging yourself to show up EVEN ON DAYS you DON’T FEEL LIKE IT.
The second layer to this would be adjusting your nutrition . Focusin on eating enough protein, protein is whats going to help you build muscle, stay full, and most importantly keep the muscle you have . Drink enough water, eat your veggies, and focus on reducing process food, sugary thing, dairy …. Yup i said it . Its not good for you at all .
