My Queen La T. I love that you’re being honest about this because so many Queens feel the same! 🫶🏽 Start small with veggies, try adding them into meals you already enjoy (smoothies, omelets, sauces, wraps) and focus on adding, not forcing. Your goal is to fuel your body and build strength.

Haha baker Queen Teraesa M., I love this! You don’t have to remove the sweet things you enjoy...try planning them intentionally, enjoying them guilt-free, and balancing them with your protein and meals so it fits your lifestyle. That’s the real transformation.💗

Hey Queen can we share ?

Yes queen Maria U. Light string cheese is a great option because it gives you protein and helps you stay intentional. Keep building those small swaps, queen...those little choices are what create the lifestyle change.

Hello my queens! Quick nutrition Tuesday check-in. Let’s talk about something that creates real transformation… learning how to make nutrition work in your actual life. Your results are not built from a few “perfect” meals. They’re built from the decisions you repeat, the meals you prepare, the choices you make when life gets busy, and the ability to stay aligned without feeling restricted.

Especially for all of you, ladies who are just starting this journey… give yourself grace. You are building new habits, learning your body, and creating a lifestyle that actually fits YOU. Small changes done consistently will always beat trying to change everything overnight 💕

💡Tip: Instead of thinking you have to completely change your meals, start with simple swaps. Add protein where you can and make your meals work for your lifestyle. Easy options like Greek yogurt, eggs, chicken wraps, tuna packets, cottage cheese, protein shakes, grilled chicken bowls, or a quick turkey sandwich can help you stay fueled even on busy days. Convenience can still be nutritious, Queen

💬Prompt: What is one nutrition habit you’re committing to focus on this week, more protein, more water, planning your meals, or making better choices when cravings hit?
Let’s share and support each other, Queens 👑

🎉 WEEK 2 IS OFFICIALLY COMPLETE! 🎉 OMG !!!!

Queens, take a moment and give yourselves some credit. Two weeks ago, many of you started this challenge hoping for a change. Today, you’ve already completed two full weeks of showing up for yourself. That’s something worth celebrating.

Whether you’ve completed every workout, missed a few and got back on track, or are simply doing better than you were before, you are making progress.

Remember, confidence isn’t built when everything is easy. It’s built every time you keep going, especially when you don’t feel like it.

Now it’s time for Week 3. 🔥or week 1 for my ladies that are just starting !!

This is where many people begin to lose momentum. The excitement of starting has worn off, and now consistency becomes the real challenge. But Queens, this is also where results start to happen.

Don’t focus on how far you have left to go. Focus on the next workout. The next healthy choice. The next promise you keep to yourself.

This is becoming who you are.

Let’s continue showing up.

Let’s continue pushing forward.

Let’s continue becoming stronger together.

Let’s go, Queens! 💪🔥

PS: Im soooooo proud of you !!!!!!!!
