I love this .. and I agree. The older we get out bodies tend to have a bit of a harder time to let go of fat but its still very possible it will just require a different level of intentionality . It will require consistency, workouts that get you going, sweating and sore, eating enough protein. Not sure what is your current macros but just focus on eating enough for your goals. 10k steps is always the rule of thumb, 8 hours of sleep , and most importantly…… SLEEP . You got this queen .

Happy Monday Queens…… first of all I cannot belive it’s already the end of February . This is a bit scary , but let’s be honest it allows us to see a few things ..

1. Time Does Not Wait for Anyone – Your health won’t improve on its own. Every day you delay taking care of your body is a missed opportunity to be stronger, healthier, and more energized.

2. Consistency Over Perfection – Small, daily habits compound over time. Whether it's exercise, nutrition, or mindfulness, staying consistent matters more than waiting for the "perfect" moment to start.

3. Aging is Inevitable, But Quality of Life is a Choice – The choices you make today—how you eat, move, and rest—determine how you feel and function as you age. Prioritize longevity by making health a non-negotiable.

4. Your Body is Either Progressing or Regressing – Just like time moves forward, your body is either improving or deteriorating. There’s no standing still. Invest in your well-being now, so future you is grateful instead of regretful.

I dont know how committed you have been this month, but I need us all to recommit, to make a promise to ourselves that we will show up . Make a promise that we will show up TIRED, we will show up AFRAID, SAD, but WE WILL SHOW UP .

I love ya ladies . Let’s walk into the next season strong .

You ladies are soooooo AMAZINGGGG. I love the support and how you ladies are quick to be accountability. Irene Gough Im excited you are back… but Remmeber you have to want. You are going to be tired, your going to want to chill , or go to bed, but Remmeber in order to grow, to enter a new season you have to be willin to let the old you. The old habits, the old excuses, your mind and body are going to want to crawl right back because its comfort but fight the urge. Hey Queen im sorry to hear. Keep in mind that all Power workouts will be full body. You can find them in the full body category . One you click into it , you can scroll to the time stamping and start the upper body section. We are actually doing the same amount of upper body except we just kept it in one stream. Its easier for people to follow rather than getting off from one, and jumping into another stream. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
