Happy Friday Queens !!! Wow what an exciting week we just wrapped up !!!! Classes were lit 🔥 We closed the week with coach Jamila Smith doing a dance Step class that was AMAZING !!! Great vibes.

Lots of ab workouts !!! Shout out to all of our coaches that always go above and beyond to bring you the hottest class !!!

Also this week we closed off the LYC- QW 3 Method challenge . 6 weeks of amazing transformation ! Shout out to our top 6 transformations, this was hard but gosh soooo proud !! Shout out to our winners !!!

- Third place Nereida Alzate

Aiight Queens, today we did something we never done before !!!! Hours before we announce all of our winners…..

My team and I went back and forth for a few days narrowing down all of the PHENOMENAL transformations !

Summer time is around the corner and it’s time we get serious about our workouts !! I was thinking as to why we reach the goals we set for ourselves during this journey and the reality is that , we truly just don’t take this journey serious. We have become super casual about since we have the ability to go back and forth ( eating like crap/ to eating healthy ) ( moving/ to just finding a reason to not workout )

I share this because lately I’ve caught myself, complain about my results, but I have to be honest with myself and remind myself that I dont always take my own journey serious !

So I am here to remind you that if YOU WANT TO SEE RESULTS…. You have to make this journey INTENTIONAL ! Every workout MATTERS !!! Every meal COUNTS… stop finding a reason TO NOT WORKOUT instead find a reason TO CONTINUE TO PUSH AND DO YOUR WORKOUT .

Do the thing, tired/ sleepy, but do them darn thing !!! WE DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY AND FEEL GOOD.

Hey Queen, I love the information , and of course the question. To be honest , QW new live stream schedule has been set up to be that discipline program. If you follow the start here video, I share on there that you can pick any 3 workouts to help you reach your goal. Because every workout is split into specifi body parts, it will be great in terms results.

Also most of our HIIt workouts consist of plyometric movements. But again if you are looking for a more cohesive program , definitely check out Sammi’s program. You can read th comments, its a great program, and each week focus on increasing your weights.
