Queens,Over the past few weeks, we’ve received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback about the new Queen Warriors experience. So many of you have shared how much you love the simplicity, the streamlined layout, and the ability to open the app, know exactly what workout to do, get it done, and move on with your day. Honestly, this was the heart of Queen Warriors from the very beginning. We wanted fitness to feel simple, approachable, and sustainable, and it’s been incredible to see so many women embracing that.

At the same time, I know some of you have noticed changes to your saved workouts, favorites, and playlists, and I wanted to take a moment to explain.Over the past 6 years, Queen Warriors has accumulated well over 100,000 minutes of workout content across different programs, coaches, and formats. While that gave members a lot of options, it also created a challenge. One of the most common pieces of feedback we received was that the platform felt overwhelming and that many members weren’t sure where to start or what workouts to follow. As part of our effort to simplify the experience and continue bringing you fresh new content each week, we began reviewing our workout library and removing older workouts that were receiving significantly less engagement compared to the content members are using today.

Because of that, some of you may have noticed that workouts previously saved in your favorites or playlists are no longer available. We completely understand that this can be disappointing, especially when those workouts were part of your regular routine.

Please know that we hear you and understand your frustration. What hasn’t changed is our mission. We are still here to help women become stronger, healthier, and more confident through workouts that fit real life. We are still committed to helping you get results. And we are still committed to showing up week after week with fresh workouts designed to help you stay consistent.

The workouts may look different, but the mission hasn’t changed. This season of Queen Warriors is about simplicity. Less overwhelm. More consistency. A clearer path to results.

Thank you for growing with us, trusting us, and being part of this incredible community. Your feedback matters, and we’re grateful to have you on this journey with us. ❤️

Love,

Fabi

I completely understand your disappointment, and I appreciate you sharing how you’re feeling. When you’ve spent years building a routine around specific workouts and carefully curating your favorites, it’s understandable to feel frustrated when those workouts are no longer available. The recent changes were made as part of a larger effort to simplify the Queen Warriors experience. Over time, we found that many members were feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of programs and workout options available. Our goal has been to create a clearer path that helps women stay consistent, eliminate decision fatigue, and focus on what gets results. While some older workouts have been removed due to low overall usage and engagement, our mission has not changed. We are still committed to helping women become stronger, healthier, and more confident through effective workouts they can realistically stick with.In fact, our current format combines both cardio and strength training into a single workout, giving members the benefits of both without having to navigate multiple programs or class types.I know that may not replace the workouts you loved, and I respect your feelings. My hope is that you’ll give the new format an opportunity before making a final decision. Many of the changes were made based on years of member feedback and the desire to create a simpler, more sustainable experience for the community as a whole.Thank you for being part of Queen Warriors and for sharing your honest feedback. We truly appreciate the time you’ve spent with us and the trust you’ve placed in this community. ❤️

Hey Queen , thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for sharing this. And honestly, I appreciate you taking the time to post, especially after being a member for so many years.I completely understand where you’re coming from. If you loved the Power classes, Yoga, Pilates, and Barre workouts, I can see why these changes would feel disappointing. It’s never easy when something you’ve enjoyed and built a routine around is no longer available in the same way.As we’ve continued to grow and evaluate the platform, many of the decisions we’ve made have been based on overall member feedback, attendance, and viewership. We found that the majority of members were looking for a simpler approach that combined both cardio and strength training into one workout rather than having to choose between multiple formats. One thing I do want to clarify is that the Summer Shred isn’t intended to be HIIT only. The workouts are designed to blend HIIT and strength training together in a single class, transitioning from cardio intervals into strength work so members can get both benefits in one session. That said, your feedback is important and valuable. While we have to make decisions based on the needs of the community as a whole, hearing from longtime members like you helps us better understand what people miss and what they would like to see more of moving forward.Thank you for being part of Queen Warriors for the past 3 to 4 years. We truly don’t take your support for granted, and I appreciate your honesty.

Hey Queens , the decisions made are always base on the feedback you all provide as well as viewership . Our current program offers the same style of classes as we have done in the past, except it’s simple . A lot of woman mentioned that they didn’t know which classes to do and which ones to follow . So rather than guessing we decided to simplify and host live workouts 3xs a week w access to replay as we have always done .

Our live workouts are 30 mins of HIIT follow by a strength training to a particular body part .

For example : Booty blast ; upper body ; lower body , core or full body .

You can always select the time stamp and do the strength training only if you prefer.

Welcome back Queen and we hope you continue to focus on your journey w us 🫶🏽

Hey Queen, thank you for the feedback . And yes customer service is correct but I also wanted to add Sammi’s program is not going away . It’s an on demand program that was create for our busy ladies .

I also do want to add tht our current live streaming schedule it’s very similar , we start w a 30 min HIIT full body and then transition to strength training which everyday is different . It’s split into different body part . You can alway click the strength training time stamp and it will take you to that part in the video where it starts .
