Not a baby deer !! lol thats hilarious !!! Remember that you can always do the low impact variations to help you catch your breath, and also regulate your heart rate, if its going off lol . You want to be able to challenge yourself you have something to work towards,its really fun when a month later you can do 5 burpees, or 5 push ups .So don’t worry beautiful , I promise you soon you wont feel like a baby deer you going to be feeling like a strong Lion-ess lol

Im proud of you ladies for having the awarness . When you are dealing with mental health you want to be able to find an outlet. During these moments we tend to hold everything in, which causes anxiety, tension etc. The more you accumulate, it start to hit your nervous system. So Im proud that you jump right into your workout to release it .

When I started Queen WArriors I was dealing with some heavy postpartum, I was feeling low and just all of my trauma was hitting me at once. I decided to go back to what once save my life and that was my workouts . I did one live workout and it changed my life, then I wanted more of that feeling . I love how I felt after the workout, and I wanted to stay in that space. That feeling was what motivated me to keep going and eventually I started to feeling better !!!

SO keep going !!! Keep pushing ! And dont stop ! See ya live tomorrow !!
