QUEEN WARRIORS BADGES ARE OFFICIALLY LIVE 🎉

The cat is officially out of the bag and best part…. This is just a 1.0 version !!! Ughhh God is sooo good. Super pump to see you GO OFFFFF baby !! Get rewarded for every workout , show it off and rock it proud !!

Badges will show up once you have completed your workout, if you don’t see go check your profile ! PS…. Don’t fast forward your workout because it will know and you might not get your badge !

sooo in this seaso…. We are WORKING our butt off baby ! This season is as personal as it comes! Remember that the only thing separating your from your results is an intentional workout !! So get to it !!

Happy Friday Queens !!! Wow what an exciting week we just wrapped up !!!! Classes were lit 🔥 We closed the week with coach Jamila Smith doing a dance Step class that was AMAZING !!! Great vibes.

Lots of ab workouts !!! Shout out to all of our coaches that always go above and beyond to bring you the hottest class !!!

Also this week we closed off the LYC- QW 3 Method challenge . 6 weeks of amazing transformation ! Shout out to our top 6 transformations, this was hard but gosh soooo proud !! Shout out to our winners !!!

HAPPY WEDNESDAY QUEENS …. TONIGH IS THE NIGHT . 7:30PM ET

I cannot wait to see you all on the mat tonight !

Summer time is around the corner and it’s time we get serious about our workouts !! I was thinking as to why we reach the goals we set for ourselves during this journey and the reality is that , we truly just don’t take this journey serious. We have become super casual about since we have the ability to go back and forth ( eating like crap/ to eating healthy ) ( moving/ to just finding a reason to not workout )

I share this because lately I’ve caught myself, complain about my results, but I have to be honest with myself and remind myself that I dont always take my own journey serious !

So I am here to remind you that if YOU WANT TO SEE RESULTS…. You have to make this journey INTENTIONAL ! Every workout MATTERS !!! Every meal COUNTS… stop finding a reason TO NOT WORKOUT instead find a reason TO CONTINUE TO PUSH AND DO YOUR WORKOUT .

Do the thing, tired/ sleepy, but do them darn thing !!! WE DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY AND FEEL GOOD.

Happy Monday Queens !!!!!!

I had quite a busy weekend, to be honest I didn’t have a chance to workout since I left Saturday and came right back Sunday morning . But when I am unable to workout, I balance my calories with making sure I eating as clean as possible …. And omg can be hard lol. I visited family up north and ya know our food up there is sooo much better !!! Anyway while everyone had burgers, fries, I had a Greek salad with chicken breast and I felt so proud and so good . lol ( thats my weekend highlight ) I focused on eating protein , and reducing anything cheesy or saucy things

Anyway, today is Monday !! Tonight we are GOING IN !!!! Be sure you join me live for our 7:30 pm ET workout .

Ps. You do know the workouts are still 30 mins right ? First 30 mins are a hiit full body workout / 2 min break / 30 min Booty Blaster !

Hello gorgeous QUEENS !!! How are you doing ? Like really … how do you feel today ? (Lets check in with ourselves )

Happy Wednesday !!! Gosh im amazed at how quickly time flies which is a reminder that we need to really get it together with our workouts and what we want the next quarters to look for us !

Time is flying and excuses are not pausing the time. We are have to take the plunge, bet on ourselves and remind ourselves that anything is possible AS LONG AS WE COMMIT AND WE SHOW UP .

With that being said I want to take a moment to congratulate our LYC- QW 3 method participants they totally crushed the 6 week challenge. I cannot wait to see all of the before and afters and too celebrate all of our participants and our WINNERS !!!

Happy Monday Queens !!!! Welcome back from the Easter break/ Spring break ….. hope everyone had a great weekend !

Great things happening here, all glory to God. Here are the few things

1. We just wrapped up our LYC- QW3 challenge ( 6 weeks )

3. QW Dance hiit classes have also satisfy a HUGE craving for Zumba like classes lol . Coach Neysha might be litttle but her Energy is BIGGGGGG and the hips don’t lie baby lol
