What am I doing ? Well I took the nutrition guide that I created for LYC ….. and the MACROS that our LYC girls are following and im tracking and working out !!! Im testing the new QW program that I will be filming next week and babyyyyyyyyyyyy “ESTA CALIENTE”

So we here baby working !!! Tonight Im going live at 7:30pm and tomorrow im teaching POWER !! OMG !😱

COMMUNITY BUILDING ❤️ one thing that makes Queen Warrior special is US ! All the woman that come together daily, that post motivational messages , share their before and afters, their meals , and even the ones that share when they are having a hard time ! It’s truly a blessing to have a SISTERHOOD like this one .

Happy Friday Queens. Today I woke up a bit sick, but I’m not letting this flu ! take me out lol

I just wanted to say how grateful I am of every single one of you ladies. ( feeling super emotional) 😭

It has truly been a journey with Queen Warriors. It’s beautiful to see what God will do when we are obedient.

5 years ago, I started Queen Warriors, not from a space of envy ,anger or a space wanting to badly to be like someone else but from a space of needing HEALING, a space of DESPERATION, a space of knowing that when woman come together magical things happen from the inside out . I started Queen Warriors because I knew how much I needed a community of woman to have safe conversations with . I prayed an asked God to use me, I had experince so much pain in my past being in an abusive relationship for 5 years, being a single mom , working 3 jobs and really struggling emotionally , leading me to drink a lot and party a lot ! It was a dark space for me and one that I never wish anyone to be in . When I came to God, I just couldn’t carry the weight anymore ! It was too heavy and i just didn’t know where else to go with it … and God led me HERE !!!

I am grateful for all the healing Queen Warriors has provided for ME ! And I know that if it’s done that for me, it has done it for over 100k women! My heart if full, because again this is never about being famous, or the making money, this is about IMPACT !! Where I come from Honduras, I see the pain in peoples faces and I always wanted a life where I can provide hope, where I can die tomorrow and know that I left this world changing someone’s life ! I know my pain was not meant to be in vain… it’s meant to be used and provide hope and healing ! So as I type this today im so full of gratitude because it’s truly an honor to lead, to guide, and share my TRUE GENUINE story everyday and to see how it has changed your life !

Thank you ! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your life and your journey ! Queen Warriors is way bigger than me .. this is way bigger than our coaches this is all about you ! We are just here to use our talents and make a HUGE impact !!!!

So thank you !!! 🙏 everyday when you show up.. i want you to remember that life is not about what we get… its about what we do for other so as you boldly show up to your journey remember that you are inspiring someone to make that bold decision !!

Hey Queens !! Happy Tuesday !!!! I wanted to take a moment to explain the badges as some have been expressing concerns on not getting their badge after a workout.

The badges are based on your calendar streak ( breaks) in a week. Below I will share 3 scenarios on how you can earn your badges while doing your workouts and taking breaks in between.

PS this is a new feature for Queen Warriors and there are a few small bugs but I promise we are working on it to improve it . This is just a 1.0 version😉

Scenario A: 3 workouts every other day with a break in between

Scenario B: 4 workouts or 3 workouts + mindset or Nutrition

Scenario C: 3 workouts with 2 days off in between .
