Queen, first… you are not alone. Belly fat is one of the most stubborn areas for many women, especially with stress, hormones, lack of sleep, motherhood, cortisol, and nutrition habits all playing a role.
I want us to shift our mindset around “healthy food.” Eating healthy does NOT mean punishment, restriction, boring meals, or never enjoying food again. It’s about nourishing your body so you can feel energized, strong, satisfied, and supported from the inside out.You should absolutely enjoy your meals. For sure ! But remember the goal is to prioritizing protein, eating more whole foods, staying hydrated, being mindful with portions, finding meals that satisfy you without constantly overeating.
The workouts are important, but nutrition matters too. You can work out hard and still struggle with results if your body isn’t being fueled properly.
As for intermittent fasting… it can help some women create structure and reduce overeating, but it won’t teach us what healthy eating looks like.
Start simple Queen. Don’t overwhelm yourself. Find meals that are easy to make at home yet are healthy and that consist of protein , healthy fat and carbs .
Remember to be patient with yourself. Your body is responding even if it’s slower than you want. Keep going.
I know this was a long response but I hope this helps ! I’m here for you !!!
