My Queen La T. I love that you’re being honest about this because so many Queens feel the same! 🫶🏽 Start small with veggies, try adding them into meals you already enjoy (smoothies, omelets, sauces, wraps) and focus on adding, not forcing. Your goal is to fuel your body and build strength.
