I started only last week, have done 5 workouts so far, and loving every one of them! I used to workout daily but had fallen off for 3 years, and couldn't workout regularly. Now I'm putting myself first again, and I feel like my true self. Listening to the daily affirmations helps so much too. Having a community doing it together helps more than words can say. It's like a constant support system. So grateful for being part of this wonderful community building each other up. ❤️
