If your goal is to slim down 20lbs its going to be a combination of your workouts as well as nutrition . I recommend for your protein 1gram per body weight . This is important so that you don’t loose your muscle now and the one that you are trying to build .
Next is your workout . 30 min hiit , then I would focus on power workouts ( upper body, and 2 lower body days. During th weekend if you want to add more add barre or Pilates . You got this !
