Hey girlie !!! Welcome to our sisterhood !!! Super excited to have you and see you transformed . If your goal is to slim down 20lbs its going to be a combination of your workouts as well as nutrition . I recommend for your protein 1gram per body weight . This is important so that you don’t loose your muscle now and the one that you are trying to build .

Next is your workout . 30 min hiit , then I would focus on power workouts ( upper body, and 2 lower body days. During th weekend if you want to add more add barre or Pilates . You got this !

Hey Queen so happy that you are challenging yourself !!! Regarding breathing , I would recommend breath deep with your nose, and then exhale as if you were blowing a candle . Same exact concept

Upper Body power, Lower Body power, Hiit

Or

Lower Body, Upper Body, Core

I personally love to include a day for each body part .

Hey girlie , it truly does work. The key is being consistent. You can show up 3x times a week or more depending on your schedule. 1 hour max or on days that you can do the hour , 30 mins is better that zero.

Focus on having fun, challenging yourself to show up EVEN ON DAYS you DON’T FEEL LIKE IT.

The second layer to this would be adjusting your nutrition . Focusin on eating enough protein, protein is whats going to help you build muscle, stay full, and most importantly keep the muscle you have . Drink enough water, eat your veggies, and focus on reducing process food, sugary thing, dairy …. Yup i said it . Its not good for you at all .
