I’m so mad at the fact that I rolled my ankle and I’m still recovering but I’m grateful because I do feel like next week I can slowly get back into the swing of things and the line up for the workouts has just been 🔥 so I’m excited to be able to lock in again and look sexier than ever this summer

Happy Sunday queens! I have a suggestion because I noticed that there are plenty of times that we don’t get to do all 3 sets of an exercise due to time restraints but I think it’s because yall are trying to overcomplicate the structure of the classes put out. Try to keep it simple 4-5 exercises that way we can execute 3 sets of the reps were supposed to do and stay on track with timing for each class. I think doing structuring the classes in this way would allow us to focus on progressive overload as one can go up in weight since after the first round of all sets we already know what to expect and continue to either go uo in weight or add more reps. Just a little food for thought. Hope everyone has a restful Sunday!

Could we bring back the AHW challenge? And can we bring back core classes too? Instead of full body all week round maybe one day booty blaster where booty solely is addressed for the hour, next day upper body and core, next day legs (quads, booty, hammies), next day upper body and core and Friday can be the only full body days and be called full body fridays. This workout format is repetitive and it’s like the same thing over and over again, it’s not appealing and I know I’ve said it before but we used to get so much more variety in the workouts years prior compared to now.

I’m noticing a switch in the community. It seems that the program is being set to be more geared to women over the age of 30, 35 and up. No hiit workouts anymore and the summits that have been posted are about helping women balance changed in their bodies after their 30s which makes me wonder if I’m too young to be here. I’m not in my 30s yet and from what I’m seeing the community seems more like its providing helpful advice to women older than me but nothing for women in my age bracket or younger who also workout from home. I’m just basing this off the app and Fabi’s posts since Delilah got mad that I mentioned she had a bbl and blocked me on the qw instagram page so I don’t see what goes on there anymore. But I’m just wondering if this is still a good fit for the younger women who still want to get a workout in and be educated and provided helpful advice for our bodies or is this more for women for are older approaching middle age?

Hello queens, I was looking for a sammi full hour booty blaster classes since there used to have so many saved and I was only able to find three videos when I searched up Sammie’s videos when months prior a whole list of videos used to pull up when Sammie name was searched. Are old coaches videos being removed off the app now?

Am I the only longtime QW that finds themselves constantly going back to old videos for the old format and older coaches. I’ve tried to give the new format a chance but it’s just not it for me. We used to get so much. I miss full hour booty blaster classes, or full hour upper body, or full hour lower body, I miss 30 minutes straight dedicated to core. It feels like we’re getting so much less than what we used to. I tried to post in the community of Facebook but you can’t even do that freely without admins denying anything they don’t seem worthy of being approved which is upsetting for this being a platform that considers themselves listening to the community but at the same it seems like you do so while also tone policing us or listening when it’s positive feedback and not negative feedback. Idk I just feel like I can’t be the only one so I just wanted to ask what any other longtime QW’s are thinking as well to see if maybe I’m being too critical.

Am I the only one who misses when challenges were free for existing members. Like the AHW challenge? It’s been nothing but LYC challenges for the past year that you gotta pay for to join either $19 or $49 for the same format of 6 weeks of working out and coaching with a meal plan that is repurposed each time more than likely. Just seems like a money grab and that’s wack.
