Happy Sunday queens! I have a suggestion because I noticed that there are plenty of times that we don’t get to do all 3 sets of an exercise due to time restraints but I think it’s because yall are trying to overcomplicate the structure of the classes put out. Try to keep it simple 4-5 exercises that way we can execute 3 sets of the reps were supposed to do and stay on track with timing for each class. I think doing structuring the classes in this way would allow us to focus on progressive overload as one can go up in weight since after the first round of all sets we already know what to expect and continue to either go uo in weight or add more reps. Just a little food for thought. Hope everyone has a restful Sunday!
