Yea, I feel like I’m the only one who’s spoken out about this several times. They keep saying they changed the format due to feedback but I just wish there was a way they would be interactive to consider the community as a whole instead of trying to just appeal to get new members. We used to get sooooo much, the variety in the classes that used to be offered drastically diminished even though the huge variety in classes was one thing that set QW apart from rest of the online fitness programs out there. When I bring up that fact that we used to have solely core for 30 minutes that is missed or a full hour of power booty or upper body was so much better compared to a mashup of mostly upper body with one core exercise in the whole set. I’m honestly thinking to maybe just try to go to the gym since the QW membership is on par with the price of a gym membership and at least I’d have all the equipment to focus on progressive overload and get some gains

I understand, I just miss being able to solely focus on certain muscle groups exclusively but in regards to the challenge would you guys consider a winter arc starting January for the remaining months of winter? Just a challenge to help boost morale and keep everyone focused since health is normally a New Year’s resolution for many and a challenge keeps it exciting

But that may be due to change in gears in how the program is being pushed which again is why I brought up the point I did. But yes I will see what works for me, thank you for stopping by queen 😁

That’s wonderful that the program is working for you but with the change that I’m mentioning there is also a huge difference in the variety of classes that are provided compared to when I first started which again as I mentioned I’ve been apart of the community since its early stages when they used to solely post on IG Live. While you may love to just watch videos on demand there are some of us who enjoy to catch them live but again I have not been able to connect with the content and am disappointed with the lack of variety in workouts that used to set this platform apart from the others. Since I have free will and engagement is encouraged I shared my opinion simple as that.

I’ve also. Even apart of QW since the beginning like IG live days. But up until recently the community seemed inclusive to everyone at all ages and now it seems it’s just for women approaching middle age or at middle age but what about the younger women? Nothing for us? Yes, it’s obvious that I’m not going to stay in my 20s forever and I understand Fabi is approaching her 40s in like a couple years but the complete switch without any announcements, and just catering to a certain demographic will make it harder for those who aren’t in that demographic to continue to connect with the community. If this is a community for all women of all ages as it was advertised for years then they should stick to that. The community shouldn’t change just because the face of QW is getting older and has to change up things for herself (which is understandable) when there may be some like me who aren’t in that age bracket. Or maybe hire some younger coaches to cater to the younger demographic in the community if Fabi and the older coaches don’t feel like they can continue certain workouts like HIIT workouts which are now obsolete. I’ll worry about the changes in my body when I age when I get there I just wanted to know if the community is still supposed to be inclusive for all women or not so I had to ask while noting the changes that I’ve noticed. God bless you too

Damn so existing qw will never get perks to sign up for challenges for free like the AHW challenge and the 10k challenge. This is kinda wack considering we used to get so much more with a higher frequency of classes whether it was power, hiit, barre, stretch, yoga etc compared to what we get now and on top of that every challenge just seems like a way to make money rather than something to bring some excitement to the community like how QW’s used to do before as I mentioned with the AHW and 10K challenge. Just food for thought

O

Another fire workout!!! Had to run it back. Loving the repped workouts so much 🔥🔥🔥

Omgggg what a perfect way to go into the weekend. Fabi this was amazinggggg 🔥🔥🔥

Vanessa scott I mean I get it cause it’s their business but to me tbh it’s a money grab. It’s the lyc challenge for the third time in a row. No originality. Before it was Raven and Yvonne, then Raven, now it’s three coaches but the gist is the same. I’m sure they repurpose their meal plan because most meal plans that come with the challenges if one notices are pretty much the same. So it doesn’t seem like a real effort is being made just another way of trying to get money of out people. Idk qw seemed more about the community back then then just making money imo and its cause of stuff like this. I even remember when there used to be target/amazon gift cards given out weekly during shout outs. All that is done with now. There aren’t even classes to differentiate different levels for beginners, intermediate and advanced. It’s getting so wack.

With the challenges that were done that existing members for free to join (the AHW and the 10k challenge) had an amazing reception and tons of existing members plus new members joined the challenges in those occasions. As you mentioned you’re new here so you have no idea about those challenges and the impact they had which is why im asking if they could be done before why isn’t it a possibility now.
