Girl I’m in!! My birthday is after yours on July 17th and I’m gonna turn 30 😅😅 and my goal is to bring in my 30s look extra fine to set the tone lmfao. I’m hitting my hiit and power workouts, barre and Pilates, sauna and I’m trying to look for a local track near me to also get my steps in. Let’s do it together my cancer sistaaaaaaa

About to get into this workout after taking off for spring break and I just had to share how in awe of Coach Jamila I am. To see her whole journey and to have the honor of taking her informative, wonderful classes all on this platform is simply amazing. Thank you Coach Jamila for all you do and thank you QW for giving us such a phenomenal coach.

Is this for everyone? Like will existing members see their monthly membership reflect this amount? Asking since I used to pay $14 when I first started and got off for a few months and it was up to $19 and that’s what I’m currently paying but it would be cool to save the $5

Excuse my language but f*ck him. I understand it being an insecurity of yours but to him to say something so mean he doesn’t like you or love you girl. Girls with big belly’s and little booties still get folded into pretzels every day!! Now flatten your belly I’d suggest going into a caloric deficit along with working out consistently so you’re working on body recomposition rather than just losing weight and potentially getting loose skin from the weight loss. I’d also suggest to start looking into lymphatic massages and wood therapy even jo if you do it yourself at home. Dry brushing and a cold rinse as the final rinse every shower. And again f*ck your “man” he’s a loser for telling you something so nasty.

Yea, I feel like I’m the only one who’s spoken out about this several times. They keep saying they changed the format due to feedback but I just wish there was a way they would be interactive to consider the community as a whole instead of trying to just appeal to get new members. We used to get sooooo much, the variety in the classes that used to be offered drastically diminished even though the huge variety in classes was one thing that set QW apart from rest of the online fitness programs out there. When I bring up that fact that we used to have solely core for 30 minutes that is missed or a full hour of power booty or upper body was so much better compared to a mashup of mostly upper body with one core exercise in the whole set. I’m honestly thinking to maybe just try to go to the gym since the QW membership is on par with the price of a gym membership and at least I’d have all the equipment to focus on progressive overload and get some gains

I understand, I just miss being able to solely focus on certain muscle groups exclusively but in regards to the challenge would you guys consider a winter arc starting January for the remaining months of winter? Just a challenge to help boost morale and keep everyone focused since health is normally a New Year’s resolution for many and a challenge keeps it exciting

But that may be due to change in gears in how the program is being pushed which again is why I brought up the point I did. But yes I will see what works for me, thank you for stopping by queen 😁
