Welcome Queen! ❤️ even though equipment isn’t mandatory I have invested in a good yoga/exercise mat (listed under Fabi’s Amazon recommendations) its a little pricey but doesn’t slip at all! I also have 5 & 10 lb dumb bells and resistance bands. Good luck on your journey 🙌🏼

I started the workouts again last week and right now I’m eating as I regularly would so that I can average my consumed weekly calories so that I can put myself into caloric deficit next week. How many calories should I cut back to be in a healthy deficit?
