Heyyyy Queens 👑 have any of you guys had struggles loosing weight while on birth control? I’m on the drop shot & I’m thinking the hormones might be affecting me. I exercise 3-4 times a week for 1 hr (alternating HITT& power), I am in a slight caloric deficit it, eating protein, getting sleep, drinking water & I’m not loosing weight. My doctor told me that my thyroid is good & that BC could be the culprit but that the only way to find out is to get off it. I feel stuck & makes me loose hope when I’m doing all the right things & not seeing any progress 😢😞 trying to see if anyone had similar issues and if getting off helped?

Natalie🌻 thank you for the update! I’m glad hers are there now. I love both of the coaches equally but depending on the what type of energy I need that day I choose who to watch ❤️

Ladiessss coach Ravens 1 hour kettle bell class was the truth! 🔥🔥🔥 I almost died, run that replay! I hope they never take kettle bell away again 🙌🏼

Delilah Dee a few of us ladies are wondering about the replay for the kettlebell class. Doesn’t seem to be up. Thank you!

Welcome Queen! ❤️ even though equipment isn’t mandatory I have invested in a good yoga/exercise mat (listed under Fabi’s Amazon recommendations) its a little pricey but doesn’t slip at all! I also have 5 & 10 lb dumb bells and resistance bands. Good luck on your journey 🙌🏼
