Hi Ladies! I’m new to the QW community and after watching Coach Nay’s live on tracking macros, I’ve decided that’s what I need to do to get on track. This question goes to anyone who uses my fitness pal. It calculated that I need to consume so many calories a day, but if I enter my exercise, it changes how much I need to eat for that day due to the exercise. Should I just eat the recommended calories and not enter the exercise? It just confused me a bit. Thanks in advance for the help!
