Hi Ladies! I’m new to the QW community and after watching Coach Nay’s live on tracking macros, I’ve decided that’s what I need to do to get on track. This question goes to anyone who uses my fitness pal. It calculated that I need to consume so many calories a day, but if I enter my exercise, it changes how much I need to eat for that day due to the exercise. Should I just eat the recommended calories and not enter the exercise? It just confused me a bit. Thanks in advance for the help!

Coach Nay this is the message I’ve needed! I used to be all or nothing so always striving for perfection and would punish myself or quit if not perfect. Thank you for the reassurance in consistency!

It’s going!! The first week of the year is tough for me to stay on plan with family birthday celebrations, but I have my workouts scheduled and meals cooked for the week!
