Wow! This is so scary. I cant even imagine what you've been thru in the last 24-48 hrs. I am so sorry but so glad you LISTENED to your body and took care of yourself right away. This post was so relatable. I have struggled with consistency ALL of my LIFE and I realized that we have to reach a point where we tell ourselves Enough is ENOUGH. It becomes such a bad habit and a horrible pattern but I can see you WANT this lifestyle change! YOU have the ability and you have this communiy behind you, so you GOT THIS Queen! We all can do this together 👑💪🏾🙌🏾💐🥰

Funny enough, I was actually excited to see that pink pilates machine because I've had my eye on that for a while now but wasn't sure if it was good? 👀
