Had a busy week and I was so tired today but I'm pushing thru my soreness and menstrual pain to relieve my stress. Can only give 30 minutes today so I am moving at my own pace and that's ok because I am always proud of myself for sticking with my routine. Hey Queen! I've been working out everyday except Saturdays. I give myself a break for 1 day because of soreness. I typically do only 30 minutes for Sunday and a low key type of workout for Tuesdays and Thursdays but Mon, Wed & Friday I catch the lives. For stiffness you can try the stretch replays (saw some with Coach Aimee) . .hope this helps!

And congrats on making the BEST investment in yourself. Ngl I am guilty of being one of those 'I'll start on Monday' type of girls but you can start at your leisure and move at your own pace. That is what I LOVE about this program. You don't have to worry and if you miss a live you can catch the replays and fit it into your own schedule. Ok so FRI-YAY was a FULL DAYโ€ผ๏ธ

Ran some errands this morning, then walked the dog, took care of my little one ofcourse and caught today's REPLAY. Whew! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ I'm burnt out but sweaty and smiling.
