I've been doing this oil of oregano detox that I keep seeing advertised. So far it is cleaning me out and I see a slight difference with the bloating but my only *disclaimer* is that you have to consult your doctor first if you have any pre-existing or pre disposed conditions (like diabetes, etc.) before taking it.
