Did not post last night but I did the replay today and it was so great the second time around. Sweat was dripping to the mat, getting in my eyes, my glasses. Great one to start off the week!!!

Tina this is so true though! I was dragging my feet this morning but I finally got up and did my workout and I am so happy I did. Fabiana really motivates me to keep going each day. Happy Friday queen and happy 4th of July. ❤️🙏🏽
