Late Post from last night’s replay! I was away for the weekend so for Monday’s workout I did not have any equipment but I still completed my workout. Came back Tuesday and did the replay with dumbbells, 15 and 20. When I tell you Monday I was dripping with sweat, I was dripping with sweat without any equipment. Not to exaggerate but Tuesday’s replay with the dumbbells, sweat was running down my face, into my eyes and glasses and my mat and the floor was so wet, I couldn’t believe it. My legs and butt cheeks were on 🔥 🔥 🔥. A little bit sore but I am up for tonight’s challenge with Fabiana!!! Thanks for these amazing workouts and for pushing us ladies to be the best versions of ourselves Fabiana.
