Sorry you haven’t been feeling well. Take it one step at a time queen. When I feel out of it sometimes, I too push myself and at the end of the workout, I usually feel way better but you have to know how you feel and if you really can do it. Proud of you queen!! ❤️🙏🏽

Great workout tonight. The sweat was dripping and I was loving every minute of these exercises. My son joined me tonight again, which I love so much. Like before I told him to do it at his own pace and rest when he needed to. Had him doing mountain climbers for the booty exercises. So proud of him. Summer Tread let’s go!!!!
