You're body is going through the decomposition process. The scale may not.mpve alot right now because its burning fat while gaining muscle. That's why you see amazing changes. Trust the process it's not all in the scale! I actually gained 3 lbs but my body fat percentage wend down almost 10% and muscle mass increased. That's. What we.want boo!!! Get those gains Queen!!

Wow that's amazing! Im so happy you are ok! We use dumbells mostly of various weights (s,m,l) sometimes a kettle bell but you van still use a dumbell, a bench sometimes but you can use a chair. They keep it pretty simple and I love that
