Welcome! I’m turning 43 next week and also a mother of 3! You don’t need weights but it is recommended.

KD I’m primarily following the workouts here and staying consistent with the program. Since Fabiana is doing the Summer Shred workouts 3 times a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays I add in some extra movement by doing strength training replays, core workouts, or a bike ride of about 6 miles.I’ve also made a conscious effort to walk more throughout the week, averaging about 3 miles, 4 times per week. On the weekends, I focus on recovery by relaxing and stretching.
