Full Body Progress Update 💪Last week I just posted lower body update so I also wanted to give you ladies the full picture!

Progress isn’t always dramatic, but it is happening.Looking back from May to July, I can see my waist getting smaller, my core getting stronger, and more shape throughout my body. The scale doesn’t tell the whole story, but these photos do.I’m just staying consistent, trusting the process, and showing up one workout at a time.Slow progress is still progress. On to the next month. ✨

UPDATE FROM LAST MONTHS PROGRESS PHOTOS:

Progress isn’t always loud… sometimes it’s measured in consistency. 🤍Four months. Four progress photos. One promise I made to myself: don’t quit.Looking at these pictures, I don’t just see physical changes. I see early mornings, choosing the workout when I didn’t feel like it, making better food choices more often than not, and learning that progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up.My body is changing, but so is my mindset. I’m getting stronger, building endurance, and proving to myself that it’s never too late to become the healthiest version of me.If you’re waiting for a sign to start, this is it. You don’t have to be the fastest, the fittest, or have everything figured out. You just have to keep going. One workout. One healthy meal. One good decision at a time.I’m still a work in progress, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m even more excited about where I’m headed. 💙Consistency compounds. Keep showing up for yourself! Queen Warriors Let’s Gooo!! 💪✨

Hello ladies! 💪✨Last week I shared progress photos that showed only one angle of my results. I wanted to come back and share my progress with full transparency and show my body from multiple angles. These photos are just 6 weeks apart, and while the scale is slowly moving, what excites me most is seeing the changes in my shape, posture, waistline, back, and overall body composition. This journey hasn’t been about perfection. It’s been about consistency. Showing up for my workouts, staying committed on the days I didn’t feel motivated, and trusting the process.Sometimes we get so focused on the number on the scale that we forget to look at the bigger picture. Progress isn’t always dramatic from one day to the next, but six weeks of small daily choices can create meaningful change. The days are long, but the weeks add up. ❤️

Hello, fellow Queen Warriors! 👑

My name is Jessica, and I wanted to share an update following the photo I posted last month.

I am officially down 26 pounds! I started my journey in mid-March, but for the last 60 days I have been completely consistent, working out 5 days a week without missing a beat.

I can honestly say that Fabiana’s program works. The results have been amazing.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because this definitely isn’t my first rodeo. I’m a former bodybuilding and calisthenics competitor, and I’ve always trained primarily in the gym, at the park, or occasionally at home. During this journey, however, I’ve relied almost exclusively on Fabiana’s app, along with walking and cycling, and my results have been phenomenal.

As a working mom of three with a husband, finding time to get to the gym isn’t always realistic. This program truly saved me. It gave me a way to prioritize my health again, keep my sanity in check, and learn to love myself enough to become the best version of me for my children.

The scale may say 26 pounds, but I’ve gained so much more than that. I’ve gained confidence, strength, discipline, and a renewed belief in myself.

I hope my journey inspires other women to take that first step and give it a try. Put in the work, trust the process, and don’t give up on yourself.

It won’t always be easy, but I promise you, the reward is priceless. ❤️
