Completed yesterdays replay while on my first solo vacation in aruba!!!! Feeling really great!!! Staying focused!!!

Day three of workout!!! Feeling good and proud of myself for showing up. Some days are hard, but once we are in the workout it feels good to push through!!! 💪 🥰

After two years of battling deep grief and being in a really dark space I am resurfacing a new more empowered version of me. Hi Ladies, I hurt my back a few weeks ago and been having a tough time getting back after i had started and was getting momentum. Starting with the morning stretch challenge again and the pilates. Sometimes its easy to get derailed when you are starting to build again, but have to keep going.

Did yesterdays workout at 530am this morning..... and my ten day stretch challenge. Feeling great!!! Grateful for this guidance and safe space. Have a wonderful day beautiful ladies. 🥰
