Queens my fabric resistance bands came in the mail today and I realise i am in for a rude awakening. My rubber bands were a joke in comparison 🙃. I am about to get these glutes right so they can be on display on somebody's beach 😝

I came home from work tired this morning not trying to convince myself that I can skip today then the thought of me not earning this badge today did not sit well with me. I had to run Coach Jamila replay real quick and get it in.

I just want to give a quick shout-out to the QW team and these badges. They are like little accountability partners. You can't cheat the system so it forces you to get up and show out. Maintaining the streak is now a part of the goal. LETS' GET IT LADIES!!!
