I definitely needed to read this today!! I have been feeling burnt out (like a little bit) and knowing there is a queen out there busting her ass with 80 hours a week at work I couldn’t think of an excuse to keep laying in bed! Thank you for posting and sharing your workout!

From what I’ve learned HIIT is like intense activity with a short rest and POWER is basically HIIT but it’s working multiple parts of your body then a rest. So, power is more like complex exercises like squats and burpees then rest. Power workouts are way more effective in burning fat and keeping your heart rate where it needs to be during the entirety of the workout. I’m obviously not an expert but that is my understanding. Coach Jamila Fabiana does this sound correct?

No matter what workout you choose on the QW warrior app you’re making the right choice! Keep at it, girl!!

Love this! That “good vibes” feeling is addictive. It’s like after a few days your body just craves it. Nothing like a loving supportive space to help boost you out of a slump. Keep at it, because it only gets better from here!

Coach Alexis I was complaining to a friend how I wished I had access to a nutrition coach and later that night I discovered you through the app. I love QW and I love the workouts and how accessible everything is for us… I will say this though - I felt like I was working HARD to shed the pounds but after diving deep and taking notes with your videos that one pound a day that Fabiana was talking about seemed effortless. I had a moment of weakness and made a couple bad decisions but staying on track and hitting that protein mark/learning when and how to eat the food on my plate was really the key. Thank you for supporting us Coach Alexis

I’ve heard some people keep their phones in a pocket, like in their leggings and it’s fairly accurate.

01/09/2025 video with Coach Alexis goes over what foods to eat both post and pre workout. All of her live sessions are available for replay. Super digestible info and if you have questions you can just tap in on the comments, even on a replay, and coaches will get back to you.
