Awww, poor baby! We had the flu for the first two weeks of February. There are still some residuals that we are dealing with like a cough and a sinus infection that won’t seem to go away. I really hope your nephew gets better. It’s heartbreaking when our littles get sick. Those good healing reiki energies will definitely help him!

Keep going!!! No matter what the numbers say, KEEP GOING! I have lost a total of 30 pounds since I joined a few months ago and I look in the mirror and still see that lil fat grumpy girl that I don’t want to see. I am taking Fabiana words serious when she says it’s time to visualize the woman we want to be. I am treating my mindset coaching with Jennifer Daniela Zoga as if I’m working on my Master’s Thesis. This takes time and all of our body’s work differently, as I’m sure you know, but so long as we keep showing up we WILL see changes! We are only wrapping up week two. We have four more to go and trust me by the end of those four weeks there will be a difference! We accept any and all wins and we will continue to push for the betterment of ourselves
