amber You’re very welcome…It’s been a long journey to finally get the house I wanted but to be able to have space to build a gym is what I needed so I’ve started finding equipment to build it myself so I’m happy to help out… if you’re looking and just can’t find anything try Offerup in your area people will sell there however look at detailed pictures and descriptions make sure it’s in great and safe usable conditions for purchase

Good morning usually the list is attached to the workout but equipment are you trying build an at home gym? If so a simple one would be good you just need the basics a bench a pull up bar make sure you place it somewhere safety bolted etc … the bands dumbbells and kettle bell mat are all in there and on amazon

I am doing the replays twice a day for the next few weeks
