We finished a challenge but don’t stop there keep going just because it’s the end …. It takes 21 days to build a new consistent habit that makes you feel good 😊 and 90 days to get RID of BAD habits!!! I hope 🤞 you feel better 😘 like I do. MOMENTUM IS THE WORD OF THE DAY

So I tried to get in the live class .. First thing it said this video can’t be displayed but it didn’t appear in my app when I tried closing and restarting it. 🤦🏽‍♀️ So i missed the live class today!??

Just take it easy put on a song and a timer for 15 minutes and do it only in that moment then you’re done ✅ then do it again tomorrow and each time you do it you can increase your time and the spaces you cleanse. It’s action that becomes practice and your progress will show

That’s 💯 percent ok … it’s always a new day to restart and refresh your life. Sometimes it’s too hard to get out of bed and do even the simple things. It’s good that you’re taking some rest and steps that find you peace and joy again. Ideally you’ll feel better 💐 inching forward just a little more daily. Keep going! I just pushed my self out of a 2 month period of depression because it’s hard and lonely and it suddenly becomes daunting. Then one day in therapy i wasn’t feeling great like kept feeling like this isn’t helping. I just lost my motivation for going to therapy and leaving just to feel worse. I found a new therapist and support group. I am learning to love my own company and take accountability for what’s in my control and not feel guilty. I’m also learning to love myself in the tiny things and give myself gracefully embrace them even the mistakes are making small improvements that I won’t make again. It’s a book called IKIGAI https://a.co/d/hEOz7Pe that has helped me so far. I’m hoping it will help someone else out as well. This is a new 🆕 day stay in the present 🎁 moment that’s your focus nothing else. Good luck on this journey and your momentum will continue to increase!!!💕💕💕💕💕🌹🌸💐🌺🌷🌻🥀🌼🌼🪷

Ladies it’s 90 days before the end on the year and we’re already working out getting i have been on this streak of taking time to improve my mental health and environment so here’s a list I have been using that’s helped me… I hope it helps and make you feel as good as you continue on this journey to improve heal and reflect on what made you start in the first place. I take 3 days a week to do two things daily so I am not overwhelmed and it helps me fully engage in tasks that are productive and meaningful. I started doing this in July but have used this list as a guide. Hope it helps others who need help with areas in your life that may need guidance but you don’t have direction or support.

My cravings are thru the roof lately but I’m making incredible progress and don’t want to mess up
