Hello Queen! Thank you for reaching out with your question. While a vibration pad and a stepper are designed for different purposes, you may certainly explore whether your vibration pad can be used as an alternative for step-up movements. If you choose to do so, we would suggest keeping it powered off to ensure greater stability and reduce the risk of imbalance. The key is to prioritize safety, making sure the surface is stable, non-slip, and allows you to perform the movements with proper form. That being said, every individual’s setup and equipment may differ, so we cannot guarantee identical results compared to a traditional stepper. If you find that the pad does not feel secure or supportive, it may be worth considering either a dedicated stepper or substituting with alternative exercises that mimic similar movements. For more personalized guidance, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at info@queenwarriors.com, and our team will be glad to assist you further.

Hello Queen! Thank you for being so honest and vulnerable in sharing this. It sounds like you’re carrying so much on your plate right now, and yet you’re still showing up for yourself with movement and nourishing foods that’s such a powerful win, Queen. It’s completely normal to feel stretched thin and even question your worth when juggling so many roles. Please know this: you are enough, and every small step you take toward your health and goals matters. Consistency isn’t about being perfect, it’s about choosing yourself again and again, even on the hard days. Lean into your faith and remember the same God who has shown up for you before will continue to do so. You are stronger than you realize, and this community is here to remind you of that every time you need it. Keep going, Queen you’ve got this.

Great question, Queen! For each workout - whether it’s a Live class or a replay you can always check the video description section. That’s where we list out the exact equipment being used by your coach, so you’ll know ahead of time what to have ready. If you don’t have a specific piece of equipment, no worries at all! You can always modify and use the best available alternative that works for you. The most important thing is that you keep moving and stay consistent.
