Hey Queen! Thank you for sharing this, we totally understand how it can be confusing at first. Let us help clarify! The badge you’ve received so far is most likely for completing your first class. Amazing job on that, by the way! As you continue your workouts, you’ll earn more badges based on your streak, so consistency is key. To keep track of your progress, we recommend heading over to the Calendar section in your QW app. There, you can view your running streak and ensure your workouts are being tracked correctly.

To help us look further into your account and assist you more directly, please send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com. We’d love to take a closer look! In the meantime, feel free to check out this helpful post that breaks everything down about badges and streaks:🔗 Important Badge & Streak Update

Hey Queen! Great question! When it comes to choosing dumbbell sizes, it really depends on your current fitness level and comfort. but generally speaking: Many beginners start with 5–10 lb dumbbells. If you’ve been training for a while, you might feel comfortable with 12–20 lb or more. Some Queens even like to have a light, medium, and heavy set to switch between based on the workout or muscle group. The key is to listen to your body and choose a weight that challenges you without compromising form. And remember, progress is personal — you're doing amazing just by showing up! If you need more personalized guidance, don’t hesitate to check in with a certified trainer or health professional. For any other questions, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Hey Queen! Great question! Many of our Warriors enjoy casting their workouts from their phones to their TVs for a bigger and more immersive experience. Here are a few general tips to help you cast smoothly:

📺 Casting from Your Phone to TV

Use AirPlay (for iPhone + Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV)

Open the video in your QW App or browser

Tap the AirPlay icon and select your TV

Use Chromecast (for Android or iOS with Chromecast-enabled TVs/devices)

Open the video via the QW App or browser

Tap the Cast icon and select your TV

Reminder: To track your streaks and earn badges, make sure to play the workout through the QW App (iOS or Android) or your browser at QW TV. Casting directly from platforms like Roku or Smart TVs won’t track your progress just yet, but this is something we’re excited to improve in the future!  If you run into any tech issues, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team will be happy to assist you

Othasha Thomas Hi Queen! Thank you for checking in! Just to clarify, the challenge content and resources are not located in the Facebook group, but rather in the QW App’s Community section.

Here’s how to access it:

Open your QW app

Tap on “Community” at the bottom

On the upper left, tap “Channels”

Look for “lyc-glow_and_flow” and tap on it

You’re now in the private group, from there, simply check the pinned posts where you’ll find all your challenge deliverables (meal guide, tracker, links, etc.) If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Hi Queen! Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble casting the videos to your TV. If you’re seeing the blue cast signal but no video is playing, this may be due to compatibility limitations with certain Smart TVs or casting devices. For the best experience, we highly recommend watching your workouts directly through the QW mobile app or via a web browser on a desktop/laptop. Not only do these platforms ensure smooth video playback, but they also allow you to earn streaks and badges as part of your progress, something that isn’t currently supported through Smart TVs or casting devices. If you're still having trouble or have additional questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Absolutely, Queen! we hear you! Not much has changed. The new 1-hour classes are essentially a thoughtful combination of two 30-minute sessions merged into one for a more complete and progressive workout experience. There’s even a 2-minute break built in halfway through to help you reset if you choose to continue. That said, you absolutely have the option to do just the first 30 minutes if that fits your schedule or energy level better. The beauty of the program is that it’s designed with flexibility in mind you’re still showing up and staying consistent, which is what truly matters most. And of course, if you have any questions or need further support, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com
