Tap on the 🔍 search icon in your QW app

Select AUTHOR

Then choose Sammi and you’ll see her full library of workouts pop up

To help you get started in your QW app, the best place to begin is with the “Start Here” video in the Featured Events section. That will walk you through the basics and set you up with the right direction so you don’t feel lost.
