Hi Queen! 💖 As part of the new and improved Queen Warriors experience, some of Coach Sammi's previous workouts were retired during our recent platform updates to make room for fresh content, new challenges, and exciting experiences for our Queens. While those workouts are no longer available, our new Full Body Shred workouts are beginner-friendly, include low-impact modifications, and are designed to help you stay strong, consistent, and achieve amazing results. If you have any questions or need help finding the best workouts for your goals, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com. We're always happy to help! 💕

Victoria F. Hi Queen! 💖 Thanks for letting us know. Please send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com using the email address associated with your Queen Warriors account. Our team will review your subscription and account access to determine why you're seeing that message and help get everything sorted out as quickly as possible. We're happy to help!

Gina L. Hi Queen! 💖 Just to clarify, the Fab Abs program was never removed from the QW App. Some workouts were retired as part of the new QW structure, but Fab Abs was not one of them. It is a separate premium subscription and is not included with the standard Queen Warriors membership. If you previously had access and were advised to repurchase, that would be because the separate Fab Abs subscription is no longer active on your account. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reply to your existing email, and our team will be happy to help further.

Queen! 💖 We absolutely love hearing this! Thank you for sharing your experience. 👑 It means so much to know that Summer Shred is aligning with your body recomposition goals and that the simpler, easy-to-follow format is fitting so well into your busy life. As a working mom of three, you're showing that consistency is what truly matters, and we're so excited to be part of your journey. Thank you for being here, Queen we're cheering you on every step of the way!
