To clarify, the Nutrition Coaching with Alexis is a separate subscription from the main Queen Warriors workouts. So if you're not seeing the nutrition videos anymore, it may be because that particular subscription has expired or wasn't included in your current plan. Since account and subscription details can vary, the best way for us to support you personally is through email. When you get a moment, please send a message to info@queenwarriors.com  our support team will be happy to review your account, explain your access, and help you get everything sorted so you can continue on your journey without interruption.

If you're just getting back into movement, we highly recommend starting with our Beginner category, designed to ease you in safely and confidently. You can always use the search bar in the app and type “beginner” to explore all beginner-friendly workouts. A few tips for staying committed:

Do/pick short workouts at first — even 20 minutes is powerful.

Schedule it like an appointment, just like you would for your kids or job.

Use replays to work out at the time that fits your energy best.

Give yourself grace — some days will be better than others. Just showing up is enough.

Lean on the QW community — it’s full of women who understand your journey and are here to uplift you.
