Hello Queen! First, thank you for sharing your journey with us. We admire your courage and determination to focus on your health after such a major life event that strength is truly inspiring. When it comes to core workouts without equipment, gentle and controlled movements are often the best place to start. Exercises such as seated knee lifts, pelvic tilts, seated side bends, or modified crunches can be effective without putting too much strain on your body. Always listen to your body and move at a pace that feels safe for you. If you’d like more tailored suggestions or guidance, please don’t hesitate to send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com so we can better support you.

Hello Queen! Great question! ✨ The Fab 10-Minute Booty Blast is a separate on-demand program, and it can be done either before or after your Pilates or HIIT workouts or even on its own if you’d like a shorter session. It’s meant to give you flexibility depending on your goals and schedule. Does this answer your question? If not, please feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com with a bit more detail about what you’d like to know, and we’ll be happy to guide you further.

Hello Queen! Thank you for sharing this with us, and we’re so sorry to hear about your lower back injury. We completely understand how much you miss moving your body your dedication truly shines through. At this time, the most important thing is to follow your doctor’s advice and allow your body the rest it needs to heal fully. Recovery is just as much a part of the journey as the workouts themselves, and honoring this stage will help you come back stronger. If you feel the need to stay active while healing, you might consider gentle, low-impact activities such as mindful stretching, breathing exercises, or light walking but only if these are cleared by your healthcare provider. Please avoid any movements that could strain your back further. Your health and safety come first, Queen. Take this time to care for your body with patience and kindness, and you’ll be back to your workouts with even more power when the time is right.

Hello Queen! Thank you for reaching out with your question. While a vibration pad and a stepper are designed for different purposes, you may certainly explore whether your vibration pad can be used as an alternative for step-up movements. If you choose to do so, we would suggest keeping it powered off to ensure greater stability and reduce the risk of imbalance. The key is to prioritize safety, making sure the surface is stable, non-slip, and allows you to perform the movements with proper form. That being said, every individual’s setup and equipment may differ, so we cannot guarantee identical results compared to a traditional stepper. If you find that the pad does not feel secure or supportive, it may be worth considering either a dedicated stepper or substituting with alternative exercises that mimic similar movements. For more personalized guidance, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at info@queenwarriors.com, and our team will be glad to assist you further.
