Absolutely, Queen! Thank you for reaching out. We’re happy to help clarify this for you. The 10-Minute Booty Blaster Program is a separate subscription and is not included in the standard annual membership. Because it’s considered a specialty program, it’s available as an additional offering to complement your main QW experience. And of course, if you have any questions or need further support, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Absolutely, Queen! we hear you! Not much has changed. The new 1-hour classes are essentially a thoughtful combination of two 30-minute sessions merged into one for a more complete and progressive workout experience. There’s even a 2-minute break built in halfway through to help you reset if you choose to continue. That said, you absolutely have the option to do just the first 30 minutes if that fits your schedule or energy level better. The beauty of the program is that it’s designed with flexibility in mind you’re still showing up and staying consistent, which is what truly matters most. And of course, if you have any questions or need further support, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

📣 Important Update on Badges & Streak Tracking

Hey Queens,

We are truly thrilled to witness so many of you already earning badges within the QW platform. This is a powerful reflection of your consistency, discipline, and commitment to your wellness journey. Your progress continues to inspire us and the entire Queen Warriors community.

Your response to our new Badges system (version 1.0) has been incredible—it’s exciting to see so many queens staying motivated and consistent! We’re ironing out a few hiccups, like badges not showing up for some users, but rest assured that our developers are on it. We’re committed to making your fitness journey smoother and more rewarding.

🔔 What You Need to Know:

To earn badges, workouts must be completed using either:

  • The Queen Warriors mobile app (iOS or Android)

  • The Queen Warriors TV website, accessed through a browser

🚫 Also, we noticed that there may be some inconsistencies in tracking workouts completed on Smart TVs or platforms such as Roku. Our team is actively working with our developers to ensure all activities—no matter the device—are accurately recognized in the future. Thanks for bearing with us. We’re excited for what’s ahead!

📆 Maintaining Your Streak:

To continue earning badges:

  • Do not exceed 2 consecutive days without completing a workout.

  • On the 3rd day without activity, your streak will reset and begin again from Day 1.

👉 Queens, here’s a very useful feature to support your journey. You can view your full streak history through the Calendar on both the QW mobile app and web browser! It’s a powerful way to track your consistency, stay motivated, and celebrate the progress you’re making every step of the way. (Check the screenshots above for a helpful visual reference.)

📝 Badges already earned will remain on your profile and are permanent, even if your current streak resets.

If you believe your streak or badges are not reflecting accurately, or if you have additional questions or concerns, please reach out to our team at info@queenwarriors.com. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

We appreciate your continued enthusiasm and engagement. Thank you for being part of this empowering community. Let’s continue showing up and growing stronger together.

Warm regards,

The Queen Warriors Team

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your concern, Queen. We truly understand how disappointing it can feel when you’re unable to find a workout you’ve enjoyed, especially powerful sessions like Sammi and Jamila’s lower body routines! Please rest assured, no workout videos have been removed from the app. However, videos are regularly updated and shuffled within each category to keep content fresh and engaging. This sometimes means a workout may appear in a different section or not be immediately visible.

To help you find a specific workout, we recommend using the magnifying glass icon at the top-right corner of your app. Then:

Select your coach’s name under the “Author” field

Choose the Targeted Body Area (e.g., lower body)

Set the Duration you’re looking for

Skip the “Category” section

Additionally, we encourage you to use the “Save,” “Download,” or “Mark as Watched” options for easier access to your favorite workouts in the future.
