Great question, Queen! Thanks for reaching out. To access all replays, here’s what you’ll want to do: Open your QW App, swipe up a bit, and you’ll see the “Latest Replay” section. Click there, and you’ll find the most recent replays all the way back to 2022.

For quick access, here’s the direct link: Latest Replays 🔗

If you’re looking under the Target Area Collections, you’ll notice only the 30 most recent videos show up at first. But don’t worry, it’s not limited to just 30! Simply tap on the search icon (magnifying glass) in your QW app, select Targeted Body Areas, then choose the body area you’re interested in. From there, you’ll be able to see all videos under that target, not just the latest ones. If you have more questions, need clarification, or run into any issues, the fastest way to get help is by emailing us directly at info@queenwarriors.com

Hello Queen! Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the QW community! To access the scheduled workout classes for the day, simply head over to the “Calendar” section in your QW app (bottom menu). From there, tap on today’s date and you’ll see all the scheduled workouts available for the day. 

👉 Pro tip: You can also tap the “Remind Me” option so you never miss a session. Just to clarify, the “Daily Schedule” section in your app is mainly to show you the schedule, it won’t take you directly into the classes. The “Calendar” is where you’ll actually access them. Hi Queen! Thank you for reaching out. To find Coach Alexis’ replays, simply open your QW app and on the right-hand side, tap on the magnifying glass (search) icon. Once the search page opens, select "AUTHOR" and then choose "Alexis Martinez." You’ll be able to see all her nutrition class replays there. Queen, thank you so much for sharing your story so openly. It takes real strength to step away from what no longer serves you and reclaim your health, peace, and happiness. The fact that you’re 19 days sober and smoke-free while stepping back into fitness is such an incredible milestone. You should be so proud of yourself. We hear you, Queen!  If you’re craving those longer sessions, you’ll be happy to know we have plenty of POWER workouts that are a full hour long.  You can check your QW App for the latest replays,  many of our most recent workouts are already an hour, so you can really get that extra burn. We completely understand your concern and yes, even if you’re not going all the way down in your lunges or push-ups, you are still getting benefits from doing them to the best of your current ability. Consistency and proper form (at your own range of motion) are far more important than forcing depth before your body is ready. Over time, your strength, balance, and flexibility will naturally improve, making those movements feel easier and more stable.
