The Badges feature is still in its beta phase, and our dedicated tech team is working hard behind the scenes to bring full stability and consistency. We truly appreciate your patience as this rolls out smoothly. 

In the meantime, here are a few key things to keep in mind:

Streaks won't count for videos watched offline (even if downloaded).

TV apps and Chromecast are currently not supported for tracking streaks/badges.

To ensure it counts, be sure to stream your workouts directly through the QW mobile app (iOS/Android) or on the web.

Even replays should count—as long as you're watching them natively and completing 30 minutes or more.

While Coach Fabi occasionally shares snippets or short segments of her workouts on Instagram, the full-length, 1-hour live classes are exclusively available inside your QW App. Instagram lives are meant to be motivational previews or quick community check-ins  they’re not a replacement for the full workouts, structure, and features available to our paying members.

The QW App remains the best platform for the complete experience, including access to all coaches, full programs, detailed class breakdowns, replays, badges, and of course, our powerful community support.

To find the Latest Replays in your QW App:

Open your QW App

On the Home screen, scroll down just a bit

Look for the section titled “Latest Replay” — that’s where you’ll find all the most recent classes uploaded after they go live

From there, just tap the workout you want and hit play! đŸŽ„

Queen! Great question and totally understandable if things feel a bit different after being off the app for a while! While it may appear that only the most recent 30 sessions are visible under each workout category (like HIIT, Power, etc.), there's actually much more available to you inside your QW app.

To find more classes: 

Open your QW App

Tap on the “Search” icon (magnifying glass) in the lower right corner.

Type in “coach's name" in the search bar.

You'll see all of  classes appear. In addition to using the search bar, once you’re in the Search section of your QW app:

Tap on the “Filter” option

There, you’ll see the option to filter by coach’s name — just scroll and select Coach's name.

You can also add additional filters like Full Body, Core, etc., to narrow it down further!

Although the notifications are designed to go out right on time before each live class, we’ve noticed that for some users, they’ve been going out with a slight delay, just like you mentioned. This definitely isn’t how it’s intended to work. Please rest assured that our team has already recognized this issue and it’s been officially reported so we can get the timing of those notifications back to how it should be prompt and helpful! Good morning Queen! Thank you so much for your message and no worries at all, you’re doing absolutely nothing wrong! Right now, since the badges feature is still in its Beta phase, it’s only available when you complete your workouts using the QW app on a mobile device (iOS or Android). So if you’re watching from your TV, the system isn’t able to track the workout for badge rewards just yet. We totally understand how this can be a bit frustrating, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to improve and expand this feature for all devices in the future!
