Love this! I definitely need to take photos. I can feel changes by how clothes fit but the scale sometimes stays the same. Thanks it helps to know I'm not alone.

Day 7 June fit challenge & a 1 Hour Dance mash up Replay! I had so much fun!!! Feeling like New! I was definitely glowing 💦🥵💃Queens!!! 😁😎😅 The results on my smart watch were Amazing ( i did start my watch workout timer late🤷‍♀️ I was ready to start lol), can't believe I burned so much. Let's Go! By the way love seeing everyone's results & posts, they motivate me so much. Can't wait to share mine in the future 🫶🏽🙌🏽🥰💪
