Hi ladies! I'm new although I have been procrastinating since November 2024 when I subscribed. I stopped making excuses & I finally made it through 3 days this week of "beginner" replay videos. I haven't worked out in years, I'm in my 40s and when I say I feel every inch of my body lol, Ouch! Today I did a stretch video and honestly I didn't know I could stretch that far. I am enjoying all the coaches, so hard to pick just one. I Admire all of your journeys. Happy to be a part of this community. Yaaaay I SHOWED UP! šŸ’Ŗ
