Sorry Ruth! 😔 I prefer to program my HIIT with a cardio & plyometric focus so the heart rate has a chance to get high enough to get all the amazing HIIT benefits, which does mean that the lower body has a pretty big role (more muscles moving and working, higher the heart rate and more caloric burn.) You can always split them up and do one half one day and one half another day. Appreciate the feedback, queen!
