Hi and welcome! You’ll want to get yourself some resistance bands and at least one set of dumbbells fairly soon. If you don’t have that, most HIIT classes (and yoga) don’t use any equipment… you can also get creative and make some things you might have around the house work as a weight! (Water bottles, a book, stuff in the pantry lol)

Eventually you’ll want to get a couple options for light, medium and heavy dumbbells but if you don’t have them -don’t let that be the reason not to start!!

Thank you for sharing your story, you got this! Just little by little, start with 30 minutes a couple times a week. Get involved with the community on the chat, the Facebook group or catch a live class if your schedule allows. The ladies here will help to stay motivated and accountable. 🤍🤍

Hi! I came across this post that has some good tips for RDL form, not B stance but the same things apply. Hope that helps a bit, deadlifts are tricky at first.
