Fabi has a good list on her Amazon! But if you’re looking to just get the necessities first, I’d suggest a set of bands, a pair of light dumbbells (like 5lbs) because if you have two 5s, you can hold them both for some exercises and now it’s like you have one 10lb. Then picking something heavy that’s maybe a different weight than your two light added together. Like two 12s or 15s. Cause then you also have the option of using one or both for different exercises! Just a way to think about it to build a good range of options!

I’d also suggest checking FB marketplace or OfferUp for dumbbells!

I know it seems confusing and overwhelming at first, but like Janessa said - just pick 3 workouts and commit to 3x a week to start.

Once you get comfortable with that you can pick the type of workouts, etc. and get more detailed.

See if you can figure out a time of day to do them, find a replay of a workout, hit play and do your best!

And remember that when you’re new at something, it’s bound to be a little confusing and uncomfortable, we never start anything new in life as experts! 🤍
