Hello ladies,
Just finish doing Aimee HIIT and Power workout from 9/12/24, felt good, but the workout kick my 🍑. My hater(menstrual) is creeping up and I feel very tired. But I don’t let her get in my way. Not gonna lie, i been eating things here and there, that I been craving. Not much, just small things. Ugh, about to walk for an hour before work. You ladies enjoy the weekend and be safe. 🫶🏻

What a Monday, very productive. Woke up and did Ray ✌🏼 live workouts, then I went outside and did my steps(😂😂😂 I forgot my sunblock, my skin was not too happy)ate my first meal and went food shopping(trader joe's,!whole foods, Acme),came home and meal prep. Ended my night doing Fabi ✌🏼 30min workouts. I am so beat. Goodnight queens 🫶🏻

Hello ladies, I felt lazy today, I worked a doubled yesterday to be back to work at 6:30am today, by time my shift was over I was feeling it. But I told my mind leave me alone, my body wants this.

I was able to catch Yvona live full-hour barre workout at 5pm, then I did Ray Power and hit workout from this morning. Gonna sleep like a baby!!!

After Ray replay, I felt emotional. My only child(daughter), will be turning 18 years old tomorrow, I can’t believe how times flies. And I am so happy and proud of myself, because being a mother at 15 years old, never thought I be where I’m at now. God, my parents, siblings and her father, sure had my back!!! 💪🏼🙏🏼
