Shauna indeed. It’s not about excuses, life happens…especially as a mom. And I read that it can take 2-5yrs to get your body anywhere back to “normal” after having children. But we are here now, and that’s a great start!

Thanks Isis!!! Happy Birthday & Happy Virgo ♍️ season to you as well! Yes, I’m loving the encouragement and support! It’s so beautiful to see women supporting each other! I’m excited about that.

Thank you, I will go back and re-watch the 1st video again! 🫶🏾💕

Hey Shauna!

Just my someone gets it! It’s so hard. Everyone told me I’d loose due to breastfeeding, and it’s been the total opposite. And sometimes I feel so selfish because I’m ready to stop breastfeeding because I truly want to do something for myself. This weight I’ve gained has truly been making things so much harder on me. Just moving around day to day, I get tried, chest pain…I’m like I do not recognize myself. And when people tell me “ohh you just had a baby” I know that, and I do try to give myself grace, but idk it’s just hard to explain.

I’m glad to have some support now

Thank you Norma! Question for you, is there like a day by day agenda? Or do you pick where you want to start?

Hello Queens!

I just joined yesterday, as a birthday gift and commitment to myself. This past year has been so hard to think of myself, being a new mom. My son is 11months and I’m still breastfeeding. Its been hard to find motivation and energy to work out & make healthy eating choices. I’m hoping that with this program I can find both.

If anyone has any tips on how to navigate the program and different things that have worked for them I’d appreciate it.

Posting this picture of me because this is where I’m starting. I’m not to happy about my appearance, but this is me, showing up for myself
