Hello ladies,
Just finish doing Aimee HIIT and Power workout from 9/12/24, felt good, but the workout kick my π. My hater(menstrual) is creeping up and I feel very tired. But I donβt let her get in my way. Not gonna lie, i been eating things here and there, that I been craving. Not much, just small things. Ugh, about to walk for an hour before work. You ladies enjoy the weekend and be safe. π«Άπ»
