I did had an issue this morning trying to get into Chasity workout, I had to log out and log back in, it took me literally 5mins.

I have a rotating shift, so every two weeks I am either night or day! So right now I am on night work, so what I do, I wake up at 8am, and do either a live workout that starts at 9am or I pick from a replay. Then I go outside to get my 10k steps in, I don’t have to be at work till 2:30pm. Usually I am done by 12 and that’s when I eat my first meal. Then when I am day work, I get off at 2:30pm so I go right into my workouts and then I do an evening walk, to get my steps in. Write down what you do for 24hours, see how much time you have left in ur day, and go from there. I did that, and that’s how I was able to incorporate fitness into my life.

Woke up doing Chasity workouts to doing my walk right after,(finish short cause of the rain)then right into work at 2:30pm, made it home at 10pm and got right into doing Fabiana 1 hour workout. I am so beat!!!! But since the beginning of the LYS challenge I haven’t stopped, I been pushing myself. Fitness is therapy for me. πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ«ΆπŸ»πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Oatmeal and eggs for my first meal, did Yvona workout this morning. I am trying to get my protein intake up. Need this ass to keep growing! 😫

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ just finished doing Raven 7/25/24 Full-Hour power class with my daughter, as you can see she’s done lol. Now waiting for Chasity 5pm class! πŸ’ͺ🏼

Being on day shift and being hot this past week, haven’t been out doing my daily walks. But today I am back! Felt good walking and listening to affirmations! πŸ«ΆπŸ»πŸ’™
