Told myself after work, I was gonna take this day to rest. Man, I took a cat nap, woke up and did a replay of Fabi (7/31/24) Full-Hour HIIT! I am definitely dead!!! She had me out here feeling like I belong in the Happy Feet movie! 😫 I felt like throwing up like 3x 😂😂💦

I hope you queens are having a good Saturday! 🫶🏻

I thought I was gonna workout yesterday after the day I had, yeah my body was like “lady you thought”!!! But today, right after work I came home and did Chasity Full hour of Booty blaster, and Fabi, Fab-Abs. The devil was trying to come in between my workouts but my Lord is way to powerful for his nonsense. 💪🏼🫡

Been up for 28 hours, I’m beat. I need my bed, I can’t wait to get home 🙄I’m gonna forced myself to workout 💪🏼

I did had an issue this morning trying to get into Chasity workout, I had to log out and log back in, it took me literally 5mins.

I have a rotating shift, so every two weeks I am either night or day! So right now I am on night work, so what I do, I wake up at 8am, and do either a live workout that starts at 9am or I pick from a replay. Then I go outside to get my 10k steps in, I don’t have to be at work till 2:30pm. Usually I am done by 12 and that’s when I eat my first meal. Then when I am day work, I get off at 2:30pm so I go right into my workouts and then I do an evening walk, to get my steps in. Write down what you do for 24hours, see how much time you have left in ur day, and go from there. I did that, and that’s how I was able to incorporate fitness into my life.
