I have to meal prep my foods, because when I start eating out I start feeling sick. But when I am working doubles I don’t be having time to actually prep cause on my days off I pick OT. Ugh, I get so annoying.

I started like that, but no matter if the weight is going up you’ll see your inches are coming off. Honestly if your eating well and are workout out and getting ur steps in, you definitely see a difference in how ur clothes are fitting, and your body will look more tone. I don’t weight myself, I let my body and clothes be the judge of it!!! Scales are your worst enemy.

Armika every Sunday they send a schedule for Monday-Friday. You have the option to do the live workouts, or you can do the replay when you can, or you can pick what 30 to and hour workout you want to do. Is your personal choice.
