Armika every Sunday they send a schedule for Monday-Friday. You have the option to do the live workouts, or you can do the replay when you can, or you can pick what 30 to and hour workout you want to do. Is your personal choice.

Welcome aboard Armika, so nice too meet you. I been doing this program since June. And I love it. Coaches are amazing, ladies in the group are so motivating, when you feel like you falling short this app will put you back where you left off. I got on this app because working at the gym was not working out for me all the time do too my job schedule, I wanted something that kept me off my feet when I was tired, and I did not go to the gym. This app became my go too, when I work late shifts or over time!! Still keeps me going, I hope it works out for you. ❀️

Welcome aboard. I been here since June. And is been a good experience. Always been a gym rat but I gotten more results in here than the gym. Coaches are very motivating, and each workout is a workout! Nothing but sweat. With good balance meals, 30 min out ur day, you will see results.
