I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks by eating small portions, working out twice a day and walking 10-15k steps every other day.

Honestly, I went hard for the summer challenge. This fall challenge has is ups and downs. Been busy with work. I get the workout in, but my eating has not been as strict. But is all about the mindset and making adjustments as you go.
