I was like you with insecurities, everyday I had something to say about myself, I kept putting myself down because how I looked. 2010 I decided to focus on my health, I did it all(fitness) and I got to where I wanted to be, but life happens, things change, body changes, we age, and my weight always go up and down. But the way I focus on my fitness, is by adding fitness as part of my life routine, what I mean by that is, just how I need too go food shopping to eat and feed my child, and just how I need to get up and go too work, I make FITNESS part of my life, even if it means 30 min. I don’t focus on what I don’t see, I focus on what I feel. I remind myself that in this world, no one is perfect, in this world is someone like us going through worst, but are still living life and doing what they can.

Keep pushing, fitness is a good way to relieve stress. Don’t beat urself up, you got this love, one day at a time, 30 min of ur time. Change ur habits little by little, don’t throw urself at it. I still be messing up, I be eating out, etc but I don’t let that ruined my progress, is always a next day. You got this QUEEN!!!!!!

But i definitely need to work on this grammar 😂😂😂

I have to meal prep my foods, because when I start eating out I start feeling sick. But when I am working doubles I don’t be having time to actually prep cause on my days off I pick OT. Ugh, I get so annoying.

I started like that, but no matter if the weight is going up you’ll see your inches are coming off. Honestly if your eating well and are workout out and getting ur steps in, you definitely see a difference in how ur clothes are fitting, and your body will look more tone. I don’t weight myself, I let my body and clothes be the judge of it!!! Scales are your worst enemy.
